Step I

1. Please send payment by NEFT to DELNET Through any bank to Central Bank Of India (Khan Market, New Delhi-110003) to DELNET Saving BankA/c. No. 1065410992; MICR Code 110016018; IFS Code CBIN0280310

Please MUST mention Your Institution name and contact mobile number in REMARKS column while making NEFT payment to DELNET through your bank.

DELNET will not be able to issue the receipt of the payment unless and untill you inform about the electronic payment with Institution's name, UTR Number, Date of Payment and Amount Remitted to Director, DELNET at hkkaul@gmail.com

2. You can also make payment through DELNET Electronic Payment Gateway using Credit Cards, net banking accounts. This Gateway is being tested and will be operational soon.

Please download a copy of Application form and two copies of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of DELNET  from http://www.delnet.nic.in/appaicte.doc, fill them in, get them signed by the Head of the Institution and send them to Director, DELNET at the address given below  for approval and countersigning of the MOU alongwith a copy of the NEFT receipt  containing the  Unique Transaction Reference Number( allotted  by the bank).

For  starting the service with immediate effect  the  scanned copies of the Admission Form,  MOU and Bank receipt be sent by e-mail. You will receive  the  Admission Letter and the Certificate of Admission of your institution alongwith the Login,  Password,  and ILL Password and you can  start using DELNET archives and  services immediately and effectively.
